PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
  • 1-2 years general sales experience preferred, with proven track record
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills
  • Possesses ability to work in an operating room environment
  • Possesses strong drive to succeed and can be a self-starter in taking initiatives to achieve goals

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire all product knowledge and apply them to adequately conduct in-service education to all relevant customers
  • Establish professional relationships with key opinion leaders and customers, and thoroughly understand assigned territory i.e. hospital / clinic processes and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy
  • Provide case support and conduct trainings / in-servicing for relevant customers
  • Ensure successful execution / follow through of marketing strategy and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members and across functions to achieve both individual and team goals
  • Provides support for regional marketing events, conventions and symposia
  • Completes all paperwork on time and thoroughly, keeps accurate up-to date account records, utilizes sales funnel to set goals and target accounts
  • Partner with Marketing in account segmentation and prioritise targeted customers, cases and training events
  • Develop or hone sales competencies including clinical selling and emotional selling skills
