Key Responsibilities
- Acquire all product knowledge and apply them to adequately conduct in-service education to all relevant customers
- Establish professional relationships with key opinion leaders and customers, and thoroughly understand assigned territory i.e. hospital / clinic processes and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy
- Provide case support and conduct trainings / in-servicing for relevant customers
- Ensure successful execution / follow through of marketing strategy and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members and across functions to achieve both individual and team goals
- Provides support for regional marketing events, conventions and symposia
- Completes all paperwork on time and thoroughly, keeps accurate up-to date account records, utilizes sales funnel to set goals and target accounts
- Partner with Marketing in account segmentation and prioritise targeted customers, cases and training events
- Develop or hone sales competencies including clinical selling and emotional selling skills
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- 1-2 years general sales experience preferred, with proven track record
- Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills
- Possesses ability to work in an operating room environment
- Possesses strong drive to succeed and can be a self-starter in taking initiatives to achieve goals
