Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Key Account Manager you will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on medical devices used by General Surgeons Anesthesiologists, Urologists, Nephrologists, and Operating Room Staff, with a particular emphasis on endourology and ICU applications or general and breast surgery.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting techniques to generate qualified leads, particularly within the endourology, ICU segments, general and breast surgery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with key decision-makers i
- Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Educate potential clients on the features and benefits of BD medical devices,
- Sales Meetings and Events: Organize and conduct product presentations, training sessions, and workshops for healthcare professionals,
- Represent BD at medical conferences and industry events, promoting products and services.
- Quota Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
- Leading or coordinating small distributor team if necessary.
