Description:
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Key Account Management
- Responsible for sales development and growth for the assigned portfolio
- Lead the negotiation of contracts with Key Account Customers (eg: lens/VTS)
- Create and develop strategic plans to address customers’ needs and requirement are aligned with overall business direction and strategy to drive revenue growth
- Work towards monthly sales target and KPIs set
- Maintain, develop and build long-term relationships with new and existingcustomer by continuously proposing solution that meets objectives
- Negotiating contract agreement, overseeing sales activities
- Ensure smooth on ground activation
- Visit customer HQ and outlet to attend to customers’ needs and requirements as well as providing prompt after-sales Service
- Work closely with marketing and training team to plan and execute marketing promotions, campaigns or training activities
- Build in-store brand presence and visibility with customers
- Gathering of customer and market information in a timely manner to stay competitive
- Follow-up closely on accounts receivables to ensure target DSO is met
- University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- 5 years relevant work experience with Key Accounts
- Preferably from Optical Industry
- Client relationship, cross function relationship, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence,Motivation for Sales
- Experience in Key Account Management or Territory Sales
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level as well as build strong rapport with ground level staff
