THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a dedicated Adviser- Customer Service to be part of our customer service team. You will be part of our highly customer centric team, attending the needs and requirements of our clientele to achieve high levels of customer happiness. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in relationship management
- Possess customer-oriented mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to build rapport and maintain good relationship with existing customers
- Computer literacy including proficiency with MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licens
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out vehicle check together with the customer at the customer request
- Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule, and book appointments
- Provide technical advise to customers
- To be proactive customer in WhatsApp and calls in general.
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
- Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
- Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labour into consideration.
- Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
- To perform invoicing when need be
- To follow up with customers on unpaid invoices
- Attend to customers’ requests for bookings, enquiries, and complaints through various channels promptly.
- Follow up with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
- To provide daily/weekly/monthly report for selected fleet customers.
- To provide supporting documentation for fleet KPI reports
