DESIGNATION : KidSTART Lead Practitioner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Early childhood, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Counselling or equivalent

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• At least 4-6 years of experience in the early childhood development or social service sector (including supervisory experience)

• Ensure programme fidelity to service delivery and practice standards
• Monitor, evaluate and review the KidSTART programme implementation and identify areas of improvement
• Oversee workflows and processes to facilitate service delivery and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure that KSPs attain required competencies
• Provide supervision of staff
