Description:

Tsuta Ramen is looking for Kitchen Crew (Back Kitchen) to join the world’s first Michelin-star ramen eatery for its newest location in Singapore! We are looking for candidates who can successfully work in a fast-paced environment with heavy demands, especially during meal rushes. Crew members must maintain a high standard of cleanliness along with preparing orders according to instructions and company standards.

Job Duties Include:

  • Prepared food according to the company standard (soup, eggs, char siu and ect.)
  • Prepared Mise en place (sauce, vege, tea, rice and etc.)
  • Prepared and cook all the food follow to the company SOP and recipe
  • Provide standards and hygiene is maintained for their respective stations
  • Provide smooth operation work flow for their respective stations
  • Report duty to CDP on the section or restaurant manager
