Responsibilities:

The kitchen porter will assist in the Back of House Operations of the hotel, mainly in the kitchen areas. This job involves manual work, heavy lifting and working with chemicals.
Some of the duties will involve moving of stock, cleaning, and operation of the dishwasher, cleaning pots, pans, utensils & crockery and keeping the kitchen areas clean & safe.
You must be flexible to work both shifts, early starting at 7am. And Late shifts finishing at 11pm, weekends and bank holidays when business requires.
