KITCHEN PORTER

• Pay - £10.42 per hour (£21,673 per year for a 40 hour week) £9.80 per hour for under 18s

• Plus up to £5,500 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last years earnings)

• Flexible shifts with part and full time options including 4 day week

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our friendly kitchen team at our countryside pub, The Cornish Arms, St Merryn, Cornwall.

What you’ll be getting up to

• Providing essential support to the kitchen team
• Making sure both kitchen & front of house have everything they need
• Keeping the area clean & clear
• Basic food preparation
• Working as a team to provide excellent service

GOOD TO KNOW…

• Parking – we have free, onsite parking at the Cornish Arms.
• Travel to work – St Merryn is located on the Newquay bus route, with the bus stop a short walk from our pub. St Merryn is an easy drive along the beautiful coast road from Newquay and a short drive from Padstow and Wadebridge.
• Uniform- we provide our kitchen teams with chef whites.
