  • Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
  • Experience within the service industry
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
  • Personal experience of travel and travel industry

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • 20% Prepare food using Rational Ovens and Merry chefs
  • 20% Present food in line with brand standards
  • 20 %Menu development (Dinner Buffet, Bar menu, Breakfast)
  • 20% Preparation, set-up, service, clean up and restocking of the appropriate prep areas of food
  • 20% Restock, take deliveries, plan orders, and organize BOH areas

    We are looking for someone to take ownership of our kitchen operation at Moxy Munich Airport. We are a busy hotel where guests are looking for quick but nutritious meals.
    You don’t need to be a chef, but you do need to have a passion for food, be organised, and be able to work under pressure.
    Experience of Rational Ovens and Merry chefs would be advantageous and knowledge of HACCP.
