As a Kitchenhand you will support the kitchen and bistro team over a 7-day roster.

This role has the flexibility to work up to 20+ hours per week, the successful candidate must be available evenings and weekends. As a Dish/Kitchenhand, you will be required to perform cleaning and dish duties within the kitchen department as required. This includes but is not limited to the cleaning of cooking and general utensils/crockery used in a kitchen, bistro, restaurant, and function departments.

• Assist employees who are cooking and preparing food
• Participate as part of a team providing services to patrons to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Follow directions of management during shifts
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment is maintained
• Assembly of ingredients for salads and other non-cooked menu items as required
• Assist as required in undertaking general pantry duties
• Other duties as required to manage the hotel and provide an exceptional customer experience effectively, or as directed by management
