Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in training, adult learning or a related field or related experience
  • 8 years of relevant work experience with preference toward experience as an instructional designer and development competency for global delivery
  • Experience in technical enamblement program (Zebra Workcloud Scheduling and Timekeeping knowledge)
  • Ability to design, develop and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Strong SME engagement and collaboration tools
  • Proficient in MS applications i.e. Excel, Outlook, Power-Point
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and reporting skills are required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment is essential
  • Outstanding time management, organizational, and analytical skills are required

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as subject matter expert and owner of learning strategy for Workcloud Scheduler/ Workcloud Time and Attendance/ Workcloud Task Management solution
  • Responsible for end-to-end solution technical program facilitation to target audience groups
  • Responsible for end to end solution technical enablement and technical program facilitation to target audience groups (internal and external)
  • Designs, develops, and maintains course curriculum for technical certifications across various business disciplines
  • Develops working relationships and engages with Program Managers, Marketing Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and other knowledge center teaching team members to design and maintain top quality courses
  • Works with internal templates and develops strong knowledge of industry standards and innovation of various methods for quality learning
  • Adapts, designs, and develops all instructional materials including user guides, tutorials, storyboards, scripts, course content (including simulations, role play activities, gamification, etc.) pre and posttests, and student and facilitator directions for blended learning solutions to be offered in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Works with various modalities such as instructor led (ILT,) on-line (OLT,) blended learning, and video
  • Takes lead from the Manager to prioritize and process all activity
  • Follows existing defined processes and procedures that are present within the internal organization
  • Stays abreast of organizational strategy, performance, and challenge
