APS 4 - SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT (APS MOBILITY OPPORTUNITY)
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient organisation, retrieval, and preservation of internal information
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for records management
- Non-ongoing opportunity from 1 July 2024 to 31 March 2025
The Library is seeking to fill the role of Senior Administrative Officer, Knowledge Management (APS 4) on a non-ongoing basis for immediate filling until 31 March 2025.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Administrative Officer, Knowledge Management undertakes tasks to provide essential expertise to advance Section and Branch goals while supporting the Digital Branch technology roadmap.
Your role will encompass ensuring compliance with the National Archives of Australia programs, optimising knowledge and content management systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll oversee the Library’s electronic document and records management system, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote user awareness, deliver training, and provide critical support services.
To succeed in this role you will have strong organisational skills, understanding of recordkeeping authorities, and experience using electronic document and records management systems.
You will gain experience in managing and optimizing knowledge and content management systems, navigating compliance with national archival standards, and fostering stakeholder engagement through training and support .
The preferred applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
