APS 5 - COORDINATOR, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT (APS MOBILITY OPPORTUNITY)

  • Manage the administration and maintenance of the Library’s records management system, ensuring its reliability, performance, and security
  • Foster a culture of accountability and information stewardship for Library records
  • Non-ongoing opportunity for immediate filing to 31 March 2025
    The Library is seeking to fill the role of Coordinator, Knowledge Management (APS 5) on a non-ongoing basis for immediate filling until 31 March 2025.

Responsibilities:

Play a crucial role in providing day-to-day guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding the Library’s electronic document and records management system, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include offering technical advice, ensuring compliance, and overseeing the operational efficiency of the Records Management function.
You’ll collaborate with Library staff to innovate and enhance records management practices, to align with government standards and improve organisational effectiveness. This position offers an opportunity to drive meaningful change and implement strategic improvements that support the Library’s mission and compliance objectives.
We are looking for candidates with strong technical proficiency in electronic document and records management systems, proactive management of operational functions, strategic analysis, and collaborative skills to enhance Records Management performance and implement innovative knowledge management solutions aligned with government standards.
As the Coordinator, Knowledge Management will gain hands-on experience in overseeing and optimising the Library’s electronic document and records management system, implementing strategic improvements, and collaborating on innovative knowledge management initiatives aligned with government archival standards.
The preferred applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance
