Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Chief Information Officer, leading the continuous embedment, capability building and compliance obligation of information and knowledge management across AAL using the M365 suite.
  • Developing and leading the continuous improvement to support improvements in information and document management, collaboration and communication using the M365 suite.
  • Consulting with business unit leaders and learning and development to determine the learning needs, support capability uplift and contribute to business goals, including analysing current data and training needs analysis.
  • Assisting with the development of learning plans and career pathways related to M365 to support the development of employees.
  • Reviewing and updating the eLearn for information and document management
  • Maintaining and develop the M365 Support hub.
  • Assisting with the governance for M365 Automation features
  • Assisting with the compliance obligations related to information and document management including but not limited, ASIDM, RRD Policy, Protection and Resilience, Data Governance and Leakage and DORA.
  • Providing regular updates to the Head of Knowledge Innovation Office on continuous improvement, risk and compliance and capability uplift strategies.
