An exciting opportunity is currently available for a Knowledge Systems Specialist to join one of our Australian offices- Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney.
Reporting to our Head of Knowledge and working closely with our central Knowledge Services team this position will support legal quality, legal learning and knowledge systems platforms and processes for Australia, as well as provide overflow support for the central Knowledge Services team.
Our Knowledge function requires a strong foundation to deliver high quality legal products and services, improving our reputation as professionals and our brand. This foundation is provided by our central Knowledge teams underpinned by our strong and integrated Knowledge systems.

Responsibilities:
- Knowledge platform maintenance: adding/removing documents, maintaining folder structure, applying metadata and access settings.
- Supporting development of knowledge content: applying standard document functionality and ensuring compliance with legal work document style.
- Legal learning support: maintaining central records of legal learning activity.
- Monitoring Australia Knowledge Team mailbox: responding to general (non-legal) and systems support queries, escalating more complex queries to other team members.
- Administering lawyer and support staff access to various online search and registration platforms.
- Knowledge systems supporting tasks, including maintaining central registers, platform reporting and process implementation.
