Description:
The Language Doctors, Inc. has an opening for a Recruiting Assistant with experience in the Translation and localization Industry to join our growing team. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts by ensuring the selection of highly qualified linguists who meet our client’s needs. The successful candidate will be fluent in both Korean and Japanese, possess recruiting experience, and be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter, with a preference for candidates experienced in the linguistics industry.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and OneDrive.
- Fluent in English, Korean, or Japanese.
- Ability to engage with candidates professionally through phone or video calls.
- Strong candidate screening skills to evaluate qualifications and suitability.

Responsibilities:
- COLLABORATION WITH HIRING MANAGERS/LEADERS:Partner with hiring managers/leaders to understand their recruiting needs and execute effective recruiting strategies.
- Thoroughly review job descriptions to gain clarity and understanding of expectations.
- JOB POSTINGS AND APPLICATION REVIEW:Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.Review applications to assess their alignment with the requirements of different positions.
- CANDIDATE SOURCING AND SCREENING:Work closely with the recruitment team to source, screen, and recruit candidates.
- Utilize job portals, databases, social media, and day-to-day activities for effective candidate engagement.
- Conduct video interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
