Suomessa Prysmianilla on tehtaat Kirkkonummen Pikkalassa ja Oulun Ruskossa. Prysmian investoi yli 220 miljoonaa euroa Kirkkonummella sijaitsevan Pikkalan tehtaan tuotantokapasiteetin kasvattamiseen vuoteen 2025 mennessä. Nämä investoinnit ovat keskeinen osa Prysmianin vastausta uusiutuvan energian maailmanlaajuisen kysynnän nopeaan kasvuun.

Tulet vastaamaan oman alueesi tuotantotekniikan kunnossapidosta ja elinkaaresta. Tuet päivittäin kunnossapitoamme sekä osallistut aktiivisesti koneiden suunnitteluun ja parantamiseen omalla osastollasi. Varmistat osaamisellasi sujuvan tuotannon. Työpäiväsi ovat erittäin vaihtelevia, ja työ sisältää sekä tehdastyötä että suunnittelutyötä toimistolla. Johdat laitteisiin liittyviä parannusprojekteja, suunnittelet resurssit ja valvot asennustyötä.
Tarjoamme sinulle itsenäisen ja monipuolisen tehtävän, ja saat vaikuttaa oman tekemisesi aikatauluihin – toki vikatilanteissa linja pitää saada takaisin tuotantokuntoon mahdollisimman pian. Tehtäväsi

• Kunnossapidon ja automaatiotekniikan asiantuntijatehtävät.
• Vikatilanteiden ratkaiseminen.
• Ennakkohuoltojen suunnittelu.
• Oman alueesi elinkaaren hallinta ja varaosat.
• Osallistuminen kehitys- ja investointiprojekteihin.

Toivomme, että sinulla on

• AMK- tai DI-insinöörin koulutus sähköalalta ja/tai automaatiosta.
• Vähintään vuoden kokemus teollisuusautomaatiosuunnittelusta ja/tai kunnossapidosta.
• Kokemusta ongelmien ratkaisusta ja tuotantotekniikan kehittämisestä.
• Ohjelmoitavien logiikoiden (Siemens S5, S7 Classic ja S7-1500) hyvää tuntemusta ja ohjelmointitaitoja.
• Teollisuusautomaatiokomponenttien hyvää tuntemusta, erityisesti AC- ja DC-moottorikäytöt.
• Tuntemusta teollisuuden tiedonsiirtoverkoista (Profinet, Profibus, ASI).
• Säätötekniikan tuntemus ja kokemus säätöpiirien virittämisestä on hyödyksi.
• Halukkuutta jatkuvaan kehittymiseen.
• Oma-aloitteisuutta, huolellisuutta ja reipasta otetta työhön.
• Hyvät tiimityötaidot – meidän porukallamme on tosi hyvä tekemisen meininki.
• Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito.

We are now looking for a
Maintenance Engineer (automation)
To join our team at the plant in Pikkala, Kirkkonummi.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and lifecycle of production technology in your area. You will support our maintenance daily and actively participate in the design and improvement of machinery in your department. You will use your expertise to ensure smooth production. Your working days will be very varied and will include both factory work and design work in the office. You will lead equipment improvement projects, plan resources, and supervise installation work.
We offer you an independent and varied role, and you will have a say in your work schedule - of course, in the event of a failure, the line must be brought back into production as quickly as possible. The maintenance team has a really good and enthusiastic atmosphere, and help is given to colleagues with a low threshold. We hope you have a willingness to develop and flexibility in situations where sudden failures occur. With the investments, our operations at Pikkala will grow significantly, and you will be at the heart of this change!

Responsibilities

• Expert tasks in maintenance and automation technology.
• Resolving fault situations.
• Planning preventive maintenance.
• Life cycle management and spare parts for your area.
• Participation in development and investment projects.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering and/or automation.
• At least one year of experience in industrial automation design and/or maintenance.
• Experience in problem-solving and development of production technology.
• Good knowledge of programmable logic (Siemens S5, S7 Classic and S7-1500) and programming skills.
• Good knowledge of industrial automation components, especially AC and DC motor drives.
• Knowledge of industrial communication networks (Profinet, Profibus, ASI).
• Knowledge of control engineering and experience in tuning control circuits is an asset.
• Willingness for continuous improvement.
• Self-motivation, diligence, and an active approach to work.
• Good teamwork skills - we have a great team spirit.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
