For our Client (Leading Global Investment Banking, Securities and Investment Management Firm) we are actively looking for KYC Analyst.
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience (KYC/AML and regulations)
Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability
A quick-learner
Self-motivated and proactive team player
Proven ability to work well in a team environment
excellent English skills both verbal and written
Strong problem solving/facilitation abilities
Proven record of managing multiple priorities/tasks/projects at the same time
preferably French/Arabic/Hebrew speaker
Responsibilities
Performing anti-money laundering (AML) checks to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Promptly and knowledgeably addressing inquiries from clients, internal departments, and business stakeholders
Identifying and escalating risks and issues as needed
Collaborating on initiatives to improve processes for the benefit of Compliance Operations (COB) in the EMEA region and globally
Engaging in regular meetings with management, Compliance, and Quality Assurance to foster strong relationships
Contributing to ad hoc onboarding projects when necessary
Offering additional support as needed within the COB team
