Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Broad experience in training, learning and development.
  • Strong experience in the HR field would be desirable
  • Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Good commercial awareness with a good understanding of best practice in sales processes and systems.
  • Self-motivated and self-confident
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to adapt and facilitate different styles.
  • Excellent communication skills including listening skills and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Data literate with good IT and analytical skills
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to influence and gain the respect of our Dealer network.
