Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic L&D Coordinator to join our new capability team / department as we transform learning across our organisation.
Working closely with the Head of Organisational Capability and as part of the People & Culture function, this is a highly visible and service-focussed role. It will coordinate and support the delivery of the learning calendar and associated programs and initiatives for employees and Clinicians across the organisation and clinic network.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Background in administration/coordination role
  • Experience in working across multiple projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience managing a LMS, HRIS or similar enterprise system
  • Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects and stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Workplace Training and Assessment Cert IV or Diploma or working towards

    The successful applicant will be highly organised and enjoy supporting others. They will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects, both autonomously and as part of cross-functional project teams.
