Overview:
Learning and Development Group Trainer
Salary £34k - £38k PA plus Annual bonus based on KPI’s and company performance.
Remote role, however this role will require frequent travel to locations across the UK, therefore you must have a full UK drivers licence and own transport. A car allowance of £4200 PA is offered with this position.

The primary focus of this role will be to deliver the onboarding programmes for staffing, Gi Pro, SMS, & Marks Sattin & Grafton- including client management and candidate retention, deliver and organise the sales induction, sales cohorts, and sales days for north & south branches and to assist in designing of training sessions. The successful applicant will have excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills and will be able to offer 1-1 support for new starters individuals within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the HO L&D department with strategy delivery.
  • Co-ordination & delivery of Branch & SMS onboarding
  • Co-ordination & delivery of Sales induction & Sales DP
  • Co-ordination & delivery of Branch client management programme
  • Provide key measures of speed to productivity for branch in terms of sales per FTE
  • Provide key measures for on-site fulfilment and attrition levels for SMS
  • Provide key measures for success rate in achieving sla for central functions
  • Delivery of Central functions partnership development programme
  • Updating & enhancing on-line learning experience for staffing, Gi Pro, SMS, & Marks Sattin.
  • Creating and delivering communications to the business via written and verbal methods.
  • Project management.
