JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 months of clinical experience as an RN in Australia
• Valid Australian working rights.
• AHPRA Registration
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Interpersonal and written communication skills

• Be the champion for residents’ rights and autonomy, delivering dignified care while providing emotional support in a setting that understands the potential isolation and challenges faced in regional areas.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments against the breathtaking scenery of NSW, monitoring vital signs, and collecting data to design effective and personalized care plans.
• Provide a spectrum of treatments and procedures amidst the beauty of NSW, from medication administration to nutrition management, and pressure care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.
• Manage wound care with precision and support residents dealing with diabetes and chronic diseases, all while promoting optimal health outcomes.
