The school wishes to appoint inspirational Lecturers/Senior Lecturers in Computing/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Digital VR/AR Engineering to help shape our existing and new undergraduate and postgraduate computing programmes in the School of Engineering, Technology and Design provision.
We would welcome experience in the following, but not exclusively in areas of;
- Computing
- Operating Systems
- Software Engineering
- Networking
You will have the opportunity to join a team that is growing and influence the continued development of the computing curriculum and research agenda in the School.
The computing courses have adopted into their curriculum problem-based/CDIO curriculum which aims to produce work-ready computing graduates that can research, develop, implement and operate inclusive technology solutions for society’s benefit. In the computing we are keen to develop learning opportunities in a wide range of area including but exclusively VR/AR, computer programming, computer systems, data science and artificial intelligence for undergraduate, postgraduate and industry CPD short courses to support region and national industry’s digital literacy.
