Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

Driver’s license and own reliable transport is a pre-requisite

  • 1st, 2nd Line Support
  • 3 – 5 experience in Desktop Support and Networking Environments
  • MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
  • Computer Assembly
  • Computer Repair
  • Software Installation and Support
  • Preferably MCSA/MCSE/A+/N+ (Current)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their IT support problems.
  • Visiting clients at their offices to assist with issues and build strong face-to-face relationships.
  • Communicate with clients effectively and directly via phone, email and remote diagnostics to identify and resolve client-reported issues – in both technical and non-technical roles remotely and on-site when required.
  • Log tickets to keep track of on-site and remote support.
  • Conduct ongoing server monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal environment
