Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Level 2 Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be at the heart of our client’s operations. Your passion for technology will drive you to provide top-notch support to their diverse clientele. You will be responsible for analysing complex technical challenges, identifying innovative solutions, and implementing them effectively. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact professionally with clients across various platforms. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be crucial in this role. You will also utilise your strong organisational skills to manage your workload efficiently.

  • Provide Level 2 support to clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience
  • Analyse complex technical challenges to identify and implement solutions
  • Utilise excellent time management skills to manage workload effectively
  • Communicate professionally with clients - face-to-face, phone and email
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using strong analytical skills

The ideal candidate for the Level 2 Infrastructure Support Engineer role brings a wealth of knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure cloud platform, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory. They have hands-on experience with Windows Server and basic roles, coupled with excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office Suite. Their strong customer service skills make them adept at understanding client needs. Their excellent communication skills allow them to interact professionally across various platforms.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platform
  • Experience with Teams and SharePoint
  • Understanding of Active Directory/Entra ID
  • Experience with DNS/DHCP
  • Excellent professional communication skills - face-to-face, phone and email
  • Strong customer service skills and empathy
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server and basic roles
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office Suite
  • Basic network troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience and background of working in an MSP environmen
