We are looking to build a strong production support team in Zurich, looking after a number of applications in the Global Wealth department of the bank.

Must have
?? Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience with platforms like Linux & Solaris Unix and Windows. Proficient scripting skills (UNIX Shell, Python, PERL, PowerShell, etc.) is highly recommended. Solid database knowledge on database products like Oracle, MySQL and MSSQL Profound knowledge in SQL
to run queries and data extracts from databases. Proficient with software tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, App Dynamics, SPLUNK Solid knowledge of MS office windows tools suite

Previous knowledge working with ServiceNow would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
As a Level 2 Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for batch job monitoring and troubleshooting of application issues, with a focus on technology platforms & interfaces. You will:
Be the first point of contact to business users for handling all Production incidents.
Escalate issues when required to the Development team to ensure timely resolution.
Write & run database scripts for ad hoc reports and user requests.
Participate to the 7x24h On-Call Rota with the team.
Create & maintain documentation to improve service levels.
Be responsible for production stability and Major Incident management
