• Administer both written/oral and skill tests to nursing assistant students both internal and external in accordance with LCTCS and LDH parameters.
• Set up testing rooms prior to exams.
• Collaborate with workforce coordinator/Dean of N & AH to choose testing date availability.
• Create a testing environment in which all students are treated equitably and with respect.
• Audit/Maintain records required after each exam.
• Ensure candidates meet all requirements necessary for testing.
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and supervisors and utilize appropriate channels of communication within the College community concerning procedures and/or inquiries.
• Complete all trainings required by LCTCS and/or Fletcher in a timely manner prior to due dates including the LA-NACT Proctor/Clinical Skills Evaluator Training Course.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  Required Education: Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience providing care for the elderly or the chronically ill of any age.
