QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

Min. 8 years’ experience in technical service, application field and having a record of delivering results.
Good commercial mindset
Bachelor’s degree in science or chemistry or related science field majors.
Functional expertise in beauty & home care preferred.
Leadership capability to influence peers and customers in a positive manner that delivers results.
Trustworthy and aligned with Ingredion’s values – Care First, Be Preferred, Everyone Belongs, Innovate Boldly and Owners’ Mindset.
Ability to work with limited supervision and drive own agenda, asking for support when needed but always taking complete ownership of deliverables.
Experience designing, managing, conducting, and interpreting lab results preferred.
Demonstrate ability to research and appraise scientific information and translate it into clear evidence-based messages.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to present to a range of audiences, both within the organization and at external for and presenting developments to larger audiences.
Some domestic & international traveled required.

Lead all aspect of B & H from technical, application and formulation expertise in APAC.
Support regional Sales and Business Development Teams by joint customer visit and presenting Beauty & Home oriented content for customer inquiries and at customer meetings/workshops.
Develop existing products new positioning, new products application data and process
Work with manager to set-up new home care application capability to support regional and global need.
Deliver Specialty Growth of B & H from technical, application and formulation expertise.
Identify and initiate major technology programs and innovation to meet the needs of Ingredion’s business and strategic plans.
Work with Marketing to co-create and implement GTM plans by region for focused countries, customers, and segments.
Focus and simplify to better execute, increase effectiveness, and smartly lower our costs.
Work with sales team to support GKA (Global Key Accounts) projects to bring new business and deliver growth to B & H segments.
Manage annual budget for the application team.
Provide technical training to distributors
Proactive on opportunities and solutions by developing scientific materials for internal/external customers and responding internal & external Beauty & Home science related questions.
Maintain relationships with key customers and sales personnel within Ingredion to ensure effective communication channels are in place.
Support regional prototype development and marketing materials at trade show and scientific organizations relevant to Beauty & Home science and technology, building connections with research organizations.
Aim to serve as internal Subject Matter Expert for Beauty & Home.
