Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lab Coordinator. The Lab Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth functioning of laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, and providing essential support to both laboratory staff and management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
- Proven experience in a laboratory setting, with a minimum of 1 year in a coordinating or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in relevant software and data management tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
