KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Quality/analytical instrument calibration and maintenance
Provide Technical Expertise regarding execution of all Quality Systems
Maintaining and continuously improving the Company’s quality and HACCP systems.
Train appropriate plant personnel in Quality program execution
Training/monitoring production team members in QA techniques
Maintaining a vital information link between team members and management

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of manufacturing and/or Supply Chain (FMCG) functions and snack food processes;
Supervisory or Management experience essential.
Proven experience in collaborating, consulting and influencing stakeholders in all levels of an organisation;
Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
Good working knowledge of food safety and sanitation theories.
