IT SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

Lionbridge Gaming (localization, audio and testing services) is looking for a IT Specialist (m/f/d) with demonstrated organizational abilities to manage and maintain our IT equipment and ensure a smooth running of computers, gamin consoles and mobile devices in our gaming lab. The position will be on a full-time basis in our office in Berlin.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting computers and gaming devices
  • Completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist, or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of video game market
  • Strong fluency in written and spoken English is essential, fluency in German is a big plus
  • Preferred higher education in languages or technology, good command of test tracking and support tools, and MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization
  • Knowledge of computer network computer network as well Windows Servers administration would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and administration of client systems with Windows operating systems
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computers, gaming consoles, mobile devices, and PC gaming systems
  • Install and configure software and hardware onto systems
  • Organize and maintain equipment and gaming lab
  • Help to maintain and manage network and server infrastructure (switches, access point, servers)
  • Maintain CCTV system in gaming lab
  • Performing other activities necessary for the proper conduct of work in accordance with the supervisor’s instructions
  • Creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation
  • Operate over two sites in our Berlin offices
