JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for shipping and quality control of 3D printed surgical guides. Also provides assistance to sleeving, scanning, and production teams.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma (or equivalent). College coursework in microbiology or biology preferred.
• Experience in the dental industry preferred
• Experience with shipping and receiving preferred

FINISHING DUTIES:

• Finish and polish temporary single units, full arch, and bridges; model and denture production
• Manage 3D Printers and Mill for production needs and preventive maintenance

SHIPPING DUTIES:

• Perform Quality Control before shipping implant surgical guides and other products/services for all authorized cases.
• Take incoming shipping calls; make outbound calls to customers/dental offices
• Perform all computer functions necessary to create a shipping label/push cases forward in company website
• Track packages with Quantum View Manage
• Monthly inventory of shipping lab supplies; responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand.
