Laboratory Assistant

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Nitec or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in laboratory work
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• To support the R&D Chemists on their projects by assisting in parameter inspection, production runs and preparation of raw materials and saline etc.
• To carrying out supporting activities such as calibration, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, lab supplies, etc. in the lab.
• To perform documentation and ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of lab data.
• To participate in continual improvement project when required.
• To maintain and keep tracking inventory record for consumables.
• To assist in any other tasks as and when assigned.
• To ensure that the quality objectives set by Head of Research & Development are achieved, and that the business activities have the correct organization and people to achieve maximum performance in the short and continuing long term.
