JOB SUMMARY

As a Laboratory Clerk for our Necropsy team located in Senneville, you will mainly be responsible for performing support tasks related to the sampling of tissues. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

  • Prepare the required material needed to perform necropsies
  • Ensure the appropriate inventory of laboratory supplies
  • Shipping of pathology material (preparation of material, sending, and packing)
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas and equipment

Responsibilities:

ROLE SPECIFIC INFORMATION:

  • Location: Senneville / Free parking / Free shuttle service from Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site
  • Salary: Starting at $16.25/hrs
  • Annual bonus based on performance plan
  • Schedule: Daytime Monday to Friday. Depending on the needs, you may have to do overtime on weekends
  • Permanent full-time position as of the hiring – minimum 37.5hrs per week
