Ihre Aufgaben

• Qualitätsverantwortlicher des R&D Labors
• Kontrolle und Freigabe der erstellten Prüfberichte
• Elektrische, mechanische und z.T. chemische Prüfungen
• Arbeitsverantwortlicher, Anlagenverantwortlicher und Elektrofachkraft für den Bestellungsbereich elektrische Prüfvorrichtungen des Bereiches R&D
• Durchführen und dokumentieren von Messmittelfähigkeitsanalysen
• Planen, durchführen, überwachen und dokumentieren des Reklamations- und Beschwerdeverfahrens des R&D Labors
• Ergebnisse Protokollieren und auf Plausibilität prüfen und bewerten
• Ergebnisse tabellarisch und ggf. grafisch darstellen (MS Excel), bzw. Auswerten
• Prüfberichte mit Prüfmatrix und Ergebnisblatt in englischer Sprache verfassen und ggf. Kommentieren
• Für den elektrischen Bereich des Labors, Kalibrierungen durchführen oder externe Kalibrierungen Organisieren (Angebote einholen, Geräte versenden, etc.)
• Aufbau und Pflege des akkreditierten QM-Systems (ISO/IEC 17025) im Labor
• Selbständige Bearbeitung und Umsetzung aller Vorgaben lt. Akkreditierungsnorm ISO/IEC 17025
• Selbständige Bearbeitung und Umsetzung der Vorgaben zum Erhalt und Aufrechterhaltung der flexiblen Akkreditierung der Kategorie III
• Sicherstellen, dass alle Qualitätsvorgaben laut ISO/IEC 17025 eingehalten werden
• Schulen der Mitarbeiter bzgl. Theorie und Praxis des internen Qualitätsmanagements des Labors
