Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all quality tests as defined by the Quality System are carried out in an accurate and timely fashion
- Sample and test raw materials, work in progress and test finished goods against specification
- Test competitor products and internal trials
- Assist the Production Department in conducting plant trials
- Prepare and issue technical tests reports and follow up in a concise and timely manner
- Apply appropriate statistical techniques in summarizing and presenting data
- Maintain measuring and test equipment in good working order and calibrate as specified in the Quality System procedur
