QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor degree (preferably with a specialisation in Mechanical)

Experience :

  • Preferably, 2 years of experience in similar function.

  • General knowledge about measure equipment
  • ISO norms (preferably IATF 16949)

Responsibilities:

The role of a quality technician is to analyse products to ensure their conformity and participate in problem solving.

The main missions of the role are:

  • Establish the instructions for measuring equipment and validates the equipments (for example through R&R studies).
  • Perform the Special Laboratory measurements (incl. macrography, etc) for:
  • Incoming inspection according to control plan
  • PPAP parts (customer and supplier)
  • Product audits
  • QRCI analyses
  • Sampling inspections
  • Process trials
  • For 3D measurements respect the relevant national & international standards
  • Manage calibration plan and R&R (Repeatability & Reproducibility) for measuring equipment (planning, execution, documentation).
  • Perform Product audits (macrography, layout inspection, etc.)
  • In case of non-conforming product or risk of non-conforming product escalate to the Customer & Production Quality Assurance and Quality Manager for further decision.
