Responsibilities:

IN A NUTSHELL YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for overseeing quality control regimes within the Ceramics plant and monitor trends in lab and shopfloor including supporting improvement initiatives through production trials and process review.

FOR THIS ROLE WE WOULD NEED YOU TO DEMONSTRATE:

  • Science based background and related qualifications.
  • Previous laboratory experience in manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to ceramic materials would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Well-rounded IT skills with a good understanding of MS Excel in particular
  • Methodical and analytical approach to work and data management
  • Effective communication skills · Ability to work under own initiative
  • A hands-on approach, with the confidence to step in to the production process where required.
