Due to internal movement, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to join our Night shift Team.
The successful candidate will support the Quality agenda by ensuring all analytical and testing equipment is maintained, calibrated and available for each production shift in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Qualifications in Science (Chemistry) or Food Science or related discipline (Preferable)
  • Previous laboratory experience in similar manufacturing environment (Essential)
  • High level of technical skills in the areas of instrumentation and/or chemistry
  • High level of mechanical reasoning
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and improving quality and food safety systems
  • Performing analytical testing, analytical instrument calibration and maintenance
  • Driving site-wide quality projects
  • Trouble-shooting quality issues
