YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • University level qualification (1. Staatsexamen) or similar qualification
  • Proven HR experience gained in the fields of industrial relations and complex case management
  • Deep subject matter expertise in country-specific labor relations legislation, regulations, directives, practices and processes
  • Deep subject matter expertise in country-specific employee representative processes
  • Ability to identify and understand local external market trends (economic, political, social) and derive insights to drive effective a long-term labour relation environment
  • Ability to distill key themes and value drivers from complex and sometimes conflicting data and insights
  • Strong influencing skills to effectively manage a broad range of both external and internal stakeholders including 3rd party bodies and government agencies
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Languages required: German & English
