We are looking for a Land Services Admin Clerk to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
The Land Services Admin Clerk will utilize proprietary software tools to perform a variety of searches such as Land Title Registry Searches, National PPSA Searches, and NOSI Searches and Discharges. Reporting to Operations Manager, Montreal, Corporate Filing, Search & Registration and NOSI, other highlights include:
- Deal with, respond to and direct, as necessary, department related emails with accurate information.
- Answer department related phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner.
- Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients.
- Troubleshoot, report, and deal with customer complaints and technical issues related to the Land Title Services Department (likely escalated to Specialist or Operations Manager for resolution)
- Effectively apply technical knowledge to analyze and solve a range of problems.
What you’ll need:
- Diploma in business processes, business systems, law clerk or office management preferred.
- Land Title or Real Estate professional courses or Personal Property professional courses would be an asset.
- Experience using Excel, Word, Internet Browsers, Data organization.
- Knowledge and understanding of Land Titles Registries and Services.
- General office experience.
- Pays close attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness.

Our salary band for this position ranges from $ 41,500.00 – $ 50,500.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on qualification, experience, and education.
