Description:
AT POWERLINK, EVERY POSSIBILITY STARTS WITH YOU
We believe life’s about possibilities. And so is the future. That’s why we need you.
We’re working at the heart of Queensland’s energy transformation. Now more than ever, we need people who want to help us deliver a world-class energy future and ensure we continue to navigate through this once in a generation energy challenge. Join us and make it happen.
FIND A CAREER THAT MATTERS AND LASTS
Are you keen to deliver positive outcomes to communities, stakeholders and landholders in support of renewable energy projects? Powerlink is continuing to grow as we experience a once in a lifetime change in the energy industry. We are currently looking for multiple Landholder Relations Advisors to join us and contribute to the CopperString project in North Queensland.
As a Landholder Relations Advisor, your role will be providing targeted, best-practice engagement support to land access matters. Your expertise and consideration of all landholders will support Powerlink’s social licence to operate and your ability to influence critical land access issues will help to ensure limited disruptions to our project activities.
What this looks like on a daily basis;
- Developing and maintaining local awareness and knowledge on emerging landholder issues to inform business activities
- Engaging with landholders to collect land related input for corridor planning, environmental and land related approvals, construction and maintenance processes
- Contributing to and managing planning and scheduling activities for property access needs
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, Environmental Advisors, Cultural Heritage Officers, Communications Specialists and other industry professionals
- Working in construction teams to deliver new infrastructure on privately owned land
- Managing Powerlink’s construction contractors to meet business and landholder commitments and expectations
