Responsibilities:

PURPOSE:

We are seeking a paralegal with a desire to progress their career within our growing Landlord and Tenant disputes team, part of the Civil Litigation Division. The group handles all aspects of Landlord and Tenant aspects of litigation. The work is mainly LEI funded. The work is challenging but rewarding and the team places a high value on mutual support and co-operation.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to a supervisor in the team and through them to the partner in charge of the Dispute Resolution Group, the role will involve personal management (with supervisory support) of your own caseload of varied cases. It may also involve assisting senior lawyers on larger cases.
