Description:

We are a team centred on continuous improvement—stopping to fix problems and getting quality right the first time — always learning new methods — and steadily growing customer relationships. We aim to be the best by fostering employee creativity and problem-solving to generate excellent techniques and service. We place the highest value on our team members and believe in developing leaders from within the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an experienced project manager to lead and inspire a team of dedicated landscapers.
At Park, we’re true believers in how building and maintaining attractive landscapes can have a positive impact on our communities. If you believe the same and want to make a positive difference in your customers’ lives, and you enjoy having lots of fun along the way with people as driven and excited as you, then Park could be the place for you to grow in your career.
As our newest project manager in our West Edmonton office, you will lead three crews who will look to you for project direction, problem-solving, and mentorship. Construction of landscaping features can be challenging, but rewarding: you’ll be the steady foundation your team can depend on, and customers will praise and trust.
This role offers many opportunities for upward mobility. With the help of our operations manager, you’ll be gaining new skills and will be expected to continually learn new methods, adapt to technology — and steadily grow customer relationships. Many project managers rise to become division managers. The starting salary range for the role is $60,000 – $85,000 with year-round employment, extended Health Benefits, and RRSP Matching.
