Our client design, construct and maintain beautiful gardens, giving life to a range of residential and commercial properties throughout the area of Fortitude Valley in QLD. Due to the growth and success of the business they are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join their crew managing a small team of 3 and working on high-end residential projects.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• You must have at least 5 years experience working as a landscaper with formal qualifications
• You must have a hard work ethic and be able to work autonomously
• Leadership experience is essential
• Australian Drivers license
• White card
• Cert III Landscape Construction, OR Cert III Horticulture, OR Cert III Parks and Gardens

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a qualified Landscape Team Leader who has the ability to lead a small team on job-sites and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality and within a set time-frame. This is a site-based / hands on role so the team leader is expected to complete onsite work alongside their team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a team of up to 3.
• The ability to assist in planning, scheduling and the managing of projects.
• Liaise with clients and customers in a friendly manner
• Quality control; ensuring quality work is delivered across the board
• Conduct maintenance visits with their team for a portfolio of high-end residential and boutique commercial sitesBe aware of company quality standards and ensuring quality work is delivered across the board
