ABOUT THE POSITION:
Liberty Source PBC is growing its team of Hybrid/Remote Large Language Model (LLM) AI Data Trainer - Supervisor. We are looking for a supervisor responsible for leading a team of creative writing AI Data Trainers to generate engaging and informative content for various topics and fields. This crucial role is tailored for professionals with the ability and enthusiasm to integrate their writing skills and expertise into the development of state-of-the-art AI models. The ideal candidate will be able to organize and prioritize daily tasks and work directly with the Director of Operations. Must be able to focus on efficiency and problem-solving, have excellent reading comprehension, and strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the development of AI Training Content: Lead a team of AI Data Trainers in the creation of detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of various topics.
- Oversee, create and evaluate the Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes ensuring timely delivery and high-quality prompts.
- Optimize AI Performance: Provide guidance and oversee the evaluation of ranking AI responses to enhance the model’s accuracy in various contexts.
- Ensure Model Integrity: Work with data engineers to test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability in the respective domains.
- Use various communication channels such as Slack, Teams, and SharePoint to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ask questions in a virtual setting.
- Ensure adherence to process-oriented workflows.
- Document processes and help identify areas for improvements.
- Implement quality control procedures and monitor metrics.
- Apply analytics expertise to optimize prompt performance.
- Learn, document, train and work with the team on new technologies and processes.
