About the Role:
The Lateral Associate Recruiting Coordinator- California is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for coordinating all activities and processes involved in lateral associate recruiting in addition to contributing to a variety of Associate Recruiting initiatives and projects, while supporting the Manager of Associate Recruiting or the Senior Manager of Associate Recruiting in all phases of recruiting efforts for relevant practice groups. This role can be located in any of our California offices. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the full cycle recruiting process which includes developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders in the recruiting process, candidate correspondence, interview scheduling, collecting and distributing candidate documentation, and due diligence processes
- Identifying and fulfilling potential recruiting needs by communicating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and working to identify new stratgeies for marketing and promotion the firm and openings
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors, including schools and/or recruitment professionals
- Generating recurring and bespoke reports, presentations, and recruting materials for internal and external audiences while maintaining accuracy of reuiting data
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- Possess the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
And have:
- A high School diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in professional recruiting
