Description:

Cuesta Partners is a technology strategy consulting firm supporting organizations of various sizes throughout their technology journey. We help firms:

  • Consider or prepare for acquisition – often by improving the company’s data posture
  • Through new product development or re-invigoration, new team structures, or adopting new practices and tools – including the use of modern data technologies
  • Guide leadership teams in developing vision, direction, and scalable strategies for their technology business – including implementation of comprehensive data programs

We believe in the power of technology to create sustained, differentiated advantages for our clients. We are a unique, energetic firm that believes in challenging convention, moving quickly, and seeking ongoing personal growth. Every team member has agency in helping to build the firm where they’ve always wanted to work. Sound like you?
Cuesta Partners is looking for a data engineer with an interest in consulting, to work with our broad base of clients on various engagements, delivering data environments quickly using modern technologies and best practices.
As a member of our data practice, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and build various green field areas, making a lasting impact on our clients’ data landscape. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will play a key role in ingesting data for strategic business domains that can benefit from analytical insights. Your mission will be to deliver end-to-end data solutions, leveraging your expertise to unlock valuable insights and drive actionable decisions. As the driving force behind the acquisition and transformation of data sets, your contribution will be key to unlocking analytics insights from our client’s data.
You will ensure the data pipelines are scalable and secure, and cater to the needs of multiple business units. Your expertise in developing and optimizing data pipelines will be instrumental in driving our data-driven initiatives forward. This role ensures that development follows standards, specifications, controls, audits, and procedures to ensure data integrity, quality, accuracy, usefulness, and timeliness. While the role is remote, occasional though infrequent travel to the United States may be required for some critical sessions.
