Description:

As a Latin America LPD Sales Consultant , responsible for Peru Colombia & Equador , you will be part of the global LPD organization for the Livestock Poultry And Dairy of Business. This role will be responsible for sales of diagnostic kits and software for poultry and pork farming in the in Peru Colombia and Equador region.
It will be responsible for marketing of diagnostic kits and software for the poultry, pork, livestock and dairy industries in Peru, Colombia and Ecuador.
Sales consultants are responsible for increasing sales within a territory through the sale of IDEXX products and services to relationships with new and existing customers to comply with sales KPIs.
Communicating the true value of our products and services is at the heart of our IDEXX’s commercial business. Our sales professionals develop deep and meaningful relationships offering solutions to meet our customers’ unique needs.
What You Need to Succeed
Degree in Veterinary Medicine and related areas.
Candidates must be based in Mexico
Advanced in English and Fluent Spanish; written and verbal.
Experience in poultry production, poultry health and sales in the poultry area. The ideal would be candidates who have worked in healthcare in large companies and have also worked in poultry sales in vaccine or poultry and pork genetics companies.
Continuously expanding your customer base and establishing long-term relationships on various levels.

Collaborating cross-functionally across the organization to ensure a great customer experience
Coaching and supporting your stakeholders in overcoming identified barriers.
Demonstrates effective territorial management, including customer development plans, frequency of customer calls, presumptive planning and contract negotiation.
Maintain a deep knowledge of technology, external regulation and the best industry practices through continuous education, attendance at conferences and reading specialized media.
